Over the past decade, I have worked in nearly every part of the pest control industry: as a technician, branch manager, sales representative, and commercial account manager. Those experiences gave me firsthand insight into what customers truly need - and unfortunately, what many large companies have started to lose sight of.
After working for a company that was eventually bought out by private equity investors, I watched the industry begin to shift. The focus became maximizing profits at every opportunity: increasing prices, cutting employee pay, and implementing one-size-fits-all policies that did not reflect the real pest issues our local communities face.
I knew there had to be a better way.
So after years of planning and preparation, I invested my life savings into building HoneyDew Pest Control from the ground up - a company built around people, service, and trust.
